Easy Recipe for Healthy Guacamole Without Blender or Food Processor

Healthy Guacamole for your first vegetarian food

At first, it was a bit difficult to go from eating meat at every meal to not eating it at all. The best part is that you don’t need a food processor. If you start your vegetarian journey and want to be healthier, I highly recommend eating guacamole with tortilla chips. It’s easy. You can make it yourself or buy it in any supermarket. The utensils that we are going to use are also simple, you can use Blending and processing machines for speedy cooking. However, I like to make it more traditional by using simple tools and ingredients.

Guacamole is super healthy

The ingredients are very simple. The ingredients are simple. All you need are four ripe Hass avocados, three tablespoons of lime, half a medium onion, a medium tomato and fresh coriander. The utensils are also simple, you just need to prepare a potato masher, a knife, a measuring cup, a metal spoon, and a large mixing bowl. Here is my simple and delicious homemade guacamole recipe.

First Cut and Peel the Avocado

Avocado and tomato are the main ingredients of guacamoleThe first thing to do is to cut the core and peel the avocados. If you do not know how to cut an avocado, it is then very easy. Then you have to remove the pit. If the core is attached to large avocado pieces, just scrape them with a spoon and put them in the container.

Many people use a spoon to remove the avocado from the bowl, but the avocado’s outer green field, which contains most of the nutrients, is removed. The best way to store these nutrients is to peel the avocado. To do this, take a piece of skin and throw it away like a fruit. When you are done cutting, pitting, and peeling your avocados, cut them into pieces and put them in the bowl.

Add the Lemon Juice

If the avocados are too long, they start to rust. This is where the fruit turns an impressive green. Just add three tablespoons of lemon to the avocado slices in a bowl and mix well.

Chop the Onion

Then you have to put half a medium onion in the bowl. Sometimes, if the onion is strong enough, I will cut it into pieces. It all depends on how much you like the flavor of the onion. Note: you can add onion powder to the pot. Add according to taste.

Dice the Tomato

Make sure you add the commercial parts of the tomato and then throw away the pulp. When you add the pulp, the guacamole can become liquid, so it is best to leave it out.

Add Some Cilantro

Today is the time to deliver the new pasta! Small or whatever you want. There is no recognized measure. I suggest you to buy it at the supermarket. You can get it for about 89 cents, sometimes even less. If you do not need to buy it fresh, you can buy it dehydrated and soak it in hot water for 10 minutes.

Stir and Mash

The last step is to mix the guacamole mixture well and then gobble it up. When you’re done, mix well again to make sure you haven’t lost big pieces of avocado. I like big guacamole, but you can sew it to the consistency you want.

Enjoy!

Congratulations! You have just created fresh, homemade guacamole with the addition (and potentially harmful) of items that have many well-known brands.
